One-way from Phnom Penh airport: Please provide us your detail arrival, flight number, airlines companies, The driver will welcome with your name on board at exit door ” arrival hall” after immigration then transfer to hotel drop off.

One-way from hotel to airport: Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. The driver will be holding a sign with your last name on it.

Airport Taxi Transfer Cancellations Policy

To ensure a smooth and efficient service, we kindly request that all cancellations be made in writing.

More than 48 hours before departure: No cancellation fee will be charged. A full refund will be issued.
Less than 48 hours before departure: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total fare will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Less than 33 hours before departure: fully charge of 100% of the total fare
No-show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled transfer without prior notice, the full fare will be charged.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval of the cancellation request.
