Day 1:Phnom penh to Kampong Thom.
Depart from Phnom Penh in the morning and head towards Kampong Thom.
Stop at the Skun Spider Market, where you can explore the colorful market and try some local delicacies if you're feeling adventurous.
Continue your journey to Kampong Thom.
Visit Sambor Prei Kuk, an ancient temple complex dating back to the 7th century. Marvel at the beautifully preserved sandstone temples and explore the lush forest surroundings.
Spend the night in Kampong Thom.
Day 2: Kampong Thom to Preah Vihear stop and visiting.
Start the day early and head towards Preah Vihear Province.
Visit the majestic Preah Vihear Preah Kampong Svay temple, known for its stunning location atop a cliff and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
Continue your journey to the iconic Mountain Preah Vihear temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the temple complex and learn about its rich history and cultural significance.
After visiting the temples, proceed to Koh Ker, another UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its ancient pyramid temples. Take your time to explore the archaeological site and admire the impressive structures.
Spend the night in a nearby accommodation.
Day 3: Preah Vihear - Koh ker group - Bengmelea - Tonle Sap lake
Depart from Koh Ker and head towards Siem Reap.
Stop at Beng Mealea, a hidden gem located deep in the jungle. Explore the temple ruins, which provide a unique and adventurous experience due to the partially collapsed structures and overgrown vegetation.
Continue your journey to Kampong Kleang, a fascinating village on the Tonle Sap Lake. Take a boat ride to explore the stilted houses and witness the local way of life.
Finally, arrive in Siem Reap and you will be dropped off at your preferred location.
