• Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time will incur no charge.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
No-shows or failure to notify us of a cancellation will also be charged the full 100% cancellation fee.
