Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time will incur no charge.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

No-shows or failure to notify us of a cancellation will also be charged the full 100% cancellation fee.
